In our Board recruitment, we seek members who bring both professional expertise and lived experience, including behavioral health professionals and community advocates who have supported families facing poverty, chronic stress, and complex health conditions. This mix of perspectives helps ensure that organizational decisions are grounded in the realities of low-income young adults who rely on our services.
